Delivery

UK Standard Delivery

We send the shipments within 1–3 working days after the payment is received. Please note that all of our products are handmade & freshly made, so we kindly ask you for 1–3 working days for parcel preparation.

  • We usually ship orders with Royal Mail.
  • Deliveries will usually be made within 2–5 working days after you place your order.
  • UK Standard Delivery is £3,50.
  • UK Standard Delivery is free for orders over £50.
  • Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on the total size & weight of your consignment.
  • If you are not around to receive the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card letting you know how you can pick it up.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance, please expect your delivery on the next working day.

European Delivery Information

  • We have one flat rate for European Shipping.
  • Standard and Express Delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. However, unless requested otherwise, we will ship your order via the Standard Delivery service.
  • Standard European Delivery will take 7–14 days after your order has been placed.
  • EU Standard Delivery is £5 (0.0–0.5 kg), £8 (0.5–1.0 kg), £10 (1.0–1.5 kg), £15 (1.5–1.99 kg).

Additional Delivery Information

  • When you place an order, please keep in mind that most couriers only deliver between 9 am & 5 pm, & will require a signature on receipt.
  • Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size, weight, & destination. Details will be communicated to you once the order has been processed.
  • Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
  • From the time the parcel is picked up by the postal worker or a courier company, the responsibility for the parcel goes to Royal Mail or Courier Company.
  • If the goods are returned to the seller due to the fault of the buyer (an incorrectly specified or inaccurate address), or if the goods are returned to the seller after the maximum term of storage, the buyer must pay the seller the re-delivery costs.

 

Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

We really hope that you will be satisfied with your Daisy Soaps order. If, however, you change your mind for any reason, you may return any item in its original condition* for a refund, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To do so, please email us on info@daiysoaps.co.uk. You will then be entitled to a refund from Daisy Soaps, which will be paid as soon as possible (& in any event within 30 days).

Postage costs of returning items lie solely with the customer. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely to avoid breakages & leakages. If your items arrive damaged, we cannot guarantee a refund.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked & signed delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

We can only refund via the initial payment method used.

Please enclose the following details with your returned products:

  • Your name
  • Your Address
  • Your order
  • ID number
  • Reason for return/exchange

*Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the item, and the item’s packaging has not been opened or damaged.

Cancellations: We strive to dispatch and ship orders as soon as possible, & if you choose to cancel your order, this may incur a cost. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us on info@daiysoaps.co.uk, & we will do our best to assist you.

 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items & orders

We conduct stringent quality control checks before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us on info@daiysoaps.co.uk, & we will assist you with your case.

Please note that the reporting of any faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be done on info@daiysoaps.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your items.

Any faulty, damaged or incorrect items reported after 28 days will not be accepted.

If returning items due to them being damaged or incorrect, we will refund you both the item cost & return postage costs. Returning the items are the responsibility of the customer, but please enclose a valid invoice or receipt indicating the return postage costs, which we will then fully refund.

Alternatively, you may choose to take a replacement or different products equalling the initial value of your order.
